League of Legends - Spectator Mode

Riot has announced the full release of spectator mode. They have also revealed the new features that will come with it in the next patch.

The Kings of Europe, IPL Killing Spree, Corsair Vengeance Cup and OGN The Champions are just a few of the many tournaments made possible by the addition of spectator mode. With the new features being added as spectator mode leaves Beta you can expect to see even more tournaments. The features being added by Riot are amazing, see for yourself in the below video:

With these new features spectators of eSports will find watching friends and skilled players much easier. These features will also help tournament organizers. This is a huge step for League of Legends as an eSport.

With the full release of spectator mode similar with the beta the number of tournaments and eSport athletes will increase creating a higher level of competition requiring more practice and rewarded by larger prize pools.

With the ease of following players in game it will be much easier to develop your own following.
