Collegiate Programs (or clubs) focuses on bringing LoL to your school. In truth, it's a lot more fun to play with a group of friends than to play solo que all the time. With that in mind, LoL has pushed for people to start LoL clubs at their school (or find already an already existing one).

It is interesting to see whether the top notch teams will rank him as high-tier hero or he will be used as an option for some shananigans with his powerful ulti. Another really nice feature is the Team Matchmaking which will be as reliable as the usual one.
